Q:  How much coffee is in each bag?

A:  All Sträva coffees are sold in 12oz bags of whole bean coffee.  Each bag will make approximately 24 cups (8oz cups) of coffee.  Coffee beans maintain their freshness best when kept whole, and produce the best tasting coffee when ground just prior to brewing.

Q:  How soon can I expect to receive my order?

A:  We roast fresh coffee every week, and more often when necessary.  We do our best to fulfill your order within 24 hours, M-F.  Single items are shipped out USPS First-Class Mail and are typically delivered within 4-5 days of fulfillment.  Two or more items are shipped out USPS Priority Mail and typically take 2-3 days.  If you experience an exception in your delivery please contact us at orders@stravacraftcoffee.com so we can help resolve the issue.

Q:  My credit card was billed multiple times for the same order.  What can I do?

A:  If this happens please let us know and we'll make sure your concern is addressed to your satisfaction.  From time to time, customers have reported multiple charges appearing on their credit card statements.  When multiple charges appear, they are usually authorizations, not charges, and will typically be cleared off by your bank within 2-3 days.  Multiple authorizations occur when multiple purchase attempts are made and our merchant processor detects inconsistencies between the order and the credit card used.  In these cases, although an authorization is logged, a charge is not, and the order is not placed.  Should you have concerns about an order, or an attempted order, please contact us at orders@stravacraftcoffee.com so that we may address your concern.

Q:  What is your return policy?

A:  We stand behind every product we sell, and if we don't exceed your expectations we'll make it right.  If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason please contact us at orders@stravacraftcoffee.com

Q:  I have a coupon code but forgot to use it when I ordered.  What can I do?

A:  We appreciate your business and are happy to apply coupons within 5 days post-purchase.  If you have trouble with a coupon, or simply forget, please contact us at orders@stravacraftcoffee.com and we'll take care of you.

Q:  How can I carry your coffee in my cafe?  My specialty shop?

A:  We'd love to hear from you.  All wholesale inquiries should be sent to wholesale@stravacraftcoffee.com

Q:  Is Peace & Wellness a marijuana product?

A:  No.  Peace & Wellness coffees are infused with industrial hemp oil which is considered a dietary supplement by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA).  Hemp products are routinely imported and distributed throughout the United States and are not regulated under the Controlled Substance Act.

Q:  Will this product get me high?

A:  No.  Hemp plants, by definition, contain only trace amounts of THC, meaning consumption of hemp products will not cause a psychoactive effect or high.

Q:  What about drug testing?

A:  Daily portions of hemp products do not contain sufficient quantities of THC to register on drug screens.  However, if consumed in excessive amounts, it is possible for the compounds to accumulate in the body.  Our calculations suggest several thousand cups of coffee would need to be consumed on a daily basis for a screen to return a positive result.  Please do not attempt to drink thousands of cups of coffee.

Q:  Is Peace & Wellness coffee safe to consume while pregnant?

A:  We recommend you consult with your physician to determine whether a hemp oil product is right for you.

Q:  Is it safe to consume Peace & Wellness coffee while nursing?

A:  We recommend you consult with your physician to determine whether a hemp oil product is right for you and your baby.

Q: Do you ship overseas?  Canada?  Military Bases?

A:  We ship Peace & Wellness products within the United States, with a few states excluded due to local regulations.  Due to more restrictive regulatory environments, we currently do NOT ship to Canada or to U.S. Military Bases.

Q:  What conditions can be treated with hemp oil?

A:  We can not advise or claim that hemp oil cures or treats any disease.  However, research suggests they may offer wide-ranging benefits to consumers.  Consulting your physician is always prudent, as is reading more about the human body's endocannabinoid system (ECS) and its role in regulating proper systemic function.
